SRM Recruitment are working with a Hertfordshire based business recruiting for a Hire Controller to join the team.
- Take orders, deal with customer queries, and develop relationships with clients
- Set up hire contracts, negotiate costs, and prepare invoices
- Ensure that all equipment is safe and has been properly tested, and that stock is maintained to the required standard
- Process paperwork, record information in company systems, and prepare reports
- Arrange delivery and collection of orders in accordance with customer requirements
Who are we looking for?
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
- Understanding of plant and equipment and / or previous experience in a similar position
