We have a great opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic service co-ordinator to join the amazing team at our busy resource centre. The role will be reporting to the Resource Manager, your duties will include:

  • Taking calls from our trade operatives, clients, and residents.
  • Liaising with operatives and residents regarding booked appointments.
  • Assisting with the allocation of work to operatives on a daily basis, including providing response work to ensure appointment times are met.
  • Working effectively with other departments to deliver excellent service.
  • Updating and maintaining the company database with details of appointments and completed works.
  • Ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
