Infinity Employmentare seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our client based inHavant.The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service to our clients customers. This role involves engaging with customers via inbound and outbound phone calls and other communication channels, ensuring their needs are met while promoting products and services.
Requirements:
- Process customer orders accurately
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions.
- Strong communication with customers and other employees.
- Actively seek to increase customer order values through offering additional products
and services.
- Actively encourage distributors to place orders through e-commerce website.
- Ensure back orders are distributed as soon as possible, taking the opportunity to
upsell to customers.
- Validate customer data
- Promote and share best practice
- Competently providing after sales support and technical advice on products.

Pay: £25,000.00 increased to £27,500.00 after 6 months
