Our client, a well-established earthworks contractor, is looking for aSite Agentto join their management team on a large infrastructure project in the Southampton area. This is a 4 year scheme, consisting of Earthworks, muck away and some civils.

You will have a solid back ground in earthworks and muck shifting and well a general civils experience.

Main Duties include:

Planning and oversees the site setup, ensuring that the appropriate facilities are in place prior to the project launch

Manage and put to work, the work force.

Takes ownership for ensuring that HSEQ protocols are adhered to on sites at all times

Maintains quality control procedures at all times

Implement RAMS

Short term programs

Coordinate and priorities the sequence of activities on site

Ensure all employees adhere to appropriate protocols in the event of an incident onsite.

Communicate the site requirements to the commercial team and achieve the most economical reasonable solution bearing in mind commercial constraints

Site Agent Qualifications:

Site Engineering background

Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering

CSCS

SMSTS

1st Aid

Driving Licence
