Our client, a leading company in the HR sector, is currently seeking an HR Generalist to join their team on a fixed-term basis in Havant, Hampshire. This role is part of a broader implementation of a new HR delivery model and offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in the development of a newly formed team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing payroll for UK sites ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency
  • Managing HR admin tasks including new starters, leavers, absence management, and pension administration
  • Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external payroll partners for seamless service delivery
  • Acting as a point of contact for payroll and HR admin queries, utilising the ServiceNow ticket system
  • Documenting tasks and processes in work instructions
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge articles to support self-service within the business
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in finance, accounting, human resources, or equivalent work experience
  • Demonstrable experience in HR or payroll functions, preferably in an international company
  • Detailed knowledge of compliance, relevant laws, and regulations
  • Experience working with various HR systems
  • Team player with strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and accuracy
  • Customer service mindset with an open and curious attitude
