You will provide marketing support as part of a wider marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will work 25 hours per week, there is flexibility how the hours are completed.
Main Duties
- Admin support, data base management, ticket raising Retailer Audits and error flagging
- Raising POs across the marketing team
- Raising orders in line with the category manager requests for PR, influencer, retailer etc
- Review all existing lines & coordinate central templates
- Replying to customer pre sales questions directly onto the site
- Approving new pages on Amazon to guidelines
- Assist Shopper team on value adds installation and set up
- Internal Audit of website and highlight/fix errors with category team & ecommerce team
- Analysis on competitors including specs, pricing and distribution feeding back to category managers
- Review existing POS using data and brief requirements
- Assisting on admin for event bookings such as hotel stays and attendees
- Brochure design and printing
