You will provide marketing support as part of a wider marketing team. The Marketing Assistant will work 25 hours per week, there is flexibility how the hours are completed.

Main Duties

  • Admin support, data base management, ticket raising Retailer Audits and error flagging
  • Raising POs across the marketing team
  • Raising orders in line with the category manager requests for PR, influencer, retailer etc
  • Review all existing lines & coordinate central templates
  • Replying to customer pre sales questions directly onto the site
  • Approving new pages on Amazon to guidelines
  • Assist Shopper team on value adds installation and set up
  • Internal Audit of website and highlight/fix errors with category team & ecommerce team
  • Analysis on competitors including specs, pricing and distribution feeding back to category managers
  • Review existing POS using data and brief requirements
  • Assisting on admin for event bookings such as hotel stays and attendees
  • Brochure design and printing
