The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)

Managing a design team.
Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.
Managing external sub-contractors that are relevant to design ie 3D scans/structural engineers/thermal engineers/acoustic engineers.
Driving the project design forward and presenting potential solutions to issues that arise.
Setting up and chairing meeting
Preparation and monitoring of design programmes and monitoring deliverables

This is aclient-facing role so youmust be able to adapt and communicate with all levels.
