Our clients based in Havant have a great opportunity for a Quality Lead to join their growing team.


The Quality Lead will ensure that company quality standards are maintained in an efficient manner. They will maintain the Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with AS9100 and any other standards as applicable and deputise for the Quality Director.


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • To deputise for the Quality Director on quality matters when required.
  • Authority and responsibility to liaise with customers and approval bodies on quality matters.
  • To collate, analyse and present Quality System data for review at the Management Review of the Quality System and other related meetings.
  • To manage the Quality Department and staff on a day to day basis.
  • Quality Procedures
  • Quality Plans and Inspection
  • Internal Audits
  • Product Audits
  • Non-Conforming Product
  • Customer returns
  • Supplier Management

Required skills & Experience:

  • Experience leading a quality team.
  • Electronics manufacturing experience
  • Experience with ISO9001
  • Auditing experience
