The Role
Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Schedule service and remedial works efficiently, ensuring engineers have the correct information.
Produce detailed and accurate quotations for service contracts, uplifts, and renewals.
Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system, updating customer details and contracts.
Order parts, raise purchase orders, and build strong relationships with suppliers.
Provide daily and weekly reports on service contracts and upcoming jobs.
Support the service team with administrative tasks, including providing RAMS and associated paperwork.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.
Requirements
Previous experience in administration and account management within a fast-paced environment.
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.
