The Role

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Schedule service and remedial works efficiently, ensuring engineers have the correct information.

  • Produce detailed and accurate quotations for service contracts, uplifts, and renewals.

  • Maintain accurate records in the company CRM system, updating customer details and contracts.

  • Order parts, raise purchase orders, and build strong relationships with suppliers.

  • Provide daily and weekly reports on service contracts and upcoming jobs.

  • Support the service team with administrative tasks, including providing RAMS and associated paperwork.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services.



Requirements

  • Previous experience in administration and account management within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with varying deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organised.
