We are currently recruiting a number of MIG Welders to join a rapidly growing Engineering client in Havant. This hands-on role will give the successful candidates a chance to work on a variety of high-end projects for the Automotive, Aerospace and Maritime sectors.
Key Responsibilities
As a MIG Welder, you will play a critical role in producing exceptional products. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing MIG welding tasks on various materials to a high standard.
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and welding specifications.
- Carrying out in-process quality checks to ensure products meet stringent standards.
- Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiencies.
- Maintaining equipment and reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Ensuring your workspace remains organised and compliant with HSE requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong welding background, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Essential skills and experience include:
- Proven experience in MIG welding within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings.
