Role Overview:
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services in the community setting.
- Assess, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy and registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Previous experience in community physiotherapy is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
