Commercial Manager -The Role:
As part of their ongoing growth, our client is seeking a Commercial Manager to join their team and contribute to the success of this leading construction business.
In this role you will oversee the broader commercial team, supporting projects valued up to 30m. The ideal candidate will engage closely with both current and prospective clients to identify and secure new opportunities across diverse schemes.
Commercial Manager -Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead pricing on all projects to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships presenting a professional and high-quality service
- Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team to foster a high-performance environment
- Leading the commercial direction of the company
Commercial Manager -You:
- Experience within the construction industry as a Commercial Manager or experienced MQS
- Strong communication skills and proven experience of building relationships with key stakeholders
- Previous experience of leading and managing others including in house labour
