Duties include: Liaising with Projects team for Engineer availability Ordering van stock when required Organising Sub contractor if required Submit payments for invoicing Checking delivery lead times and fees Quoting remedial works if applicable Allocating stock on the system to correct engineerDistributing parts to engineer collection point Taking incoming calls Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
