We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Trade Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be the first to respond to inbound phone calls to the Trade Office
  • Supporting the National Accounts Manager with order imports and day to day management
  • Supporting the Ecommerce Accounts Manager with responding to tickets and day to day processes
  • Supporting the Customer Services Manager with resolving aftersales issues
  • Supporting Trade Account Managers with general requests and holiday cover in their absence

To be successful in the role, the ideal Candidate will have:

  • 1+ Years in Administrative role
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365
  • Experience of using customer online channels or Orderwise is preferred
  • Strong listening and verbal communication skills
  • Strong work ethic, accuracy, and excellent communication skills
  • Logical and systematic
  • Ability to interact with all customers in a calm manner
  • Ability to listen to and implement instructions without fail from management

The hours of work are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch break. Depending on your work management additional hours may be required during peak season.
