Customer Service Administrator Required!
On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, providing feedback, ensuring timely order processing, and maintaining customer records.
Fully Office Based.
Package:
- Company pension scheme
- Salary 25,000 - 25,500
- Bonus scheme

- 25 days holidays + bank holidays
- 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Customer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:
- Work alongside the Sales & Estimating teams
- Progressing quotations
- Ensure Website orders are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Contact customers, advising order delivery times and/or delays
- Responding to enquries via phone and email
- Updating customer records in our Sage database

Customer Service Administrator - Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a sales office or customer service environment
- A confident and clear telephone manner
- An effective communicator both verbally and in writing
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)
- Very good at record keeping, updating notes and our contact system
