We're looking for someone proactive and detail-oriented who can work both independently and as part of a team. Your skills and initiative will make a real difference in improving products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design control systems and electrical assemblies.
- Develop, manage, and maintain reliable software for PLCs, HMIs, and other devices.
- Produce clear and accurate technical documentation, including schematics, assembly drawings, BOMs, and wiring diagrams.
- Conduct functional and reliability testing to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure compliance with international electrical and controls standards.
- Investigate and implement change requests using a methodical approach.
- Drive continuous improvement in reliability and durability to support best-in-class warranties.
- Provide engineering design support across the business.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role designing control systems for industrial equipment or product manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in PLC and HMI programming.
- Experience using data analysis tools for system optimization and user feedback.
- Highly IT literate, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Sound knowledge of MRP systems, BOMs, and product data management.
- Familiarity with design for assembly and design for serviceability principles.
- Fully conversant with electrical and machinery compliance requirements.
