Role Overview: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and well-being. Your role will involve assisting students individually or in small groups, promoting inclusivity, and fostering independence.

Responsibilities:

  • Student Support:

    • Work with secondary-aged pupils, providing academic and pastoral support.

  • Support for Teachers:

    • Utilize ICT effectively to enhance learning.
