Working closely with experienced consultants, you’ll receive the tools, guidance, and support to grow your career in recruitment and develop into a 360 Recruitment Consultant.Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking platforms to identify suitable candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone interviews to assess skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our recruitment database (CRM) with accurate candidate records.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage communications between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Market Research: Research industries and roles to identify target candidates and recruitment trends.
  • Social Media Outreach: Engage with potential candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and analyzing data to support decision-making.
  • Relationship Building: Work closely with candidates and clients to establish strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside senior consultants and account managers to achieve shared goals.
  • Career Growth: Progress into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, managing the entire recruitment process.
