Product Development Manager

Now is an exciting time to join the Senior Management Team of a growing provider of fiberoptic technologies at their Head Office in Suffolk.

As Product Development Manager, we are looking for a hands-on leader, to oversee a multi-disciplinary engineering team delivering new and existing products.

With strong Project Management, and Leadership skills you will be actively involved in product development, and engineering.

Working with the Engineering, Development and NPI Teams you will develop, implement, manage and monitor the technology roadmap.

This is a new role with a growing company, where you can make your mark, and be instrumental in defining a future for yourself and the company too.

Experience:

The successful Product Development Manager should have previously worked in a similar role in a similar manufacturing environment.

With previous experience successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will be confident working with and leading internal teams to ensure all project timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering is required with at least 3 years' of management experience.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK, without requiring sponsorship. Copies of Visa and Passport will be requested for verification.

Salary: up toc£60k plus benefits.
