Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.

Maintain good order and ensure students stay on task with their work.

Support students with any questions or difficulties they might have during lessons.

Follow the school's policies and procedures to manage student behaviour effectively.

Report on students' progress and any issues that arise during the lesson.
Requirements:

Strong classroom management skills and a confident presence.

Ability to engage and motivate students of various ages and abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
