Senior Social Worker - Referral and Assessment Team

Location: London Borough of Havering
Salary:38.50 per hour
Hours:36hours per week Monday to Friday (2 days per week in the office)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker to join our Referral and Assessment Team atLondon Borough of Havering. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.

As a Senior Social Worker in our Referral and Assessment Team, you will be responsible for:

  • Assessing the needs of children and families referred to our service
  • Developing and implementing care plans

  • Attending court hearings and other meetings

About You:

You will be a qualified Social Worker with a valid Social Work England registration. You will have excellent assessment and report-writing skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be committed to working with children and families to improve their lives.
