JLH are currently shortlisting on behalf of a fantastic boutique hotel in the North Yorkshire.
This hotel is subject to an ongoing extensive investment and refurbishment programme, which includes work in the kitchen.The successful chef will want push food quality toward a 2 rosette standard winning awards and accolades.
The ideal candidate will be a modern chef, knowing how to pull non residents into the restaurant by delivering top class and innovative dishes, you must have experience as a Head Chef at minimum 1 Rosette level with the ability to push for a second.
