Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and development.
• Review audit files, ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards.
• Liaise with clients, offering expert advice and building strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies.
• Identify and resolve audit issues efficiently.

• ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
• Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and client-focused approach.
