Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning to completion.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing training and development.
- Review audit files, ensuring compliance with UK accounting and auditing standards.
- Liaise with clients, offering expert advice and building strong relationships.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit strategies.
- Identify and resolve audit issues efficiently.
- ACA/ACCA qualified or finalist.
- Strong audit experience within an accountancy practice.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
