At Engage Education Services, we’ve specialised in recruiting education staff for over a decade. We’re currently looking for a Senior School Administrator to work full time at a fantastic SEN school in Hillingdon.

Our team has built an excellent reputation in the local area, and we’re looking for more high-quality office staff to work with these schools.

Working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm, term-time only.

About the role:

  • Arbor or SIMS experience - enhanced knowledge - can run reports etc
  • Census experience
  • Health & Safety experience/knowledge
  • HR admin experience/knowledge
  • Minute/Notes taker
  • Work in main office
  • Answer phone
  • Deal with all school office enquiries
  • Manage stock and order stationary
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages
  • Excellent Written and Spoken English
  • Confident in meeting and speaking to senior leaders
