We're seeking a results focused, dynamic and ambitious New Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our growth. We need a seasoned professional and someone experienced within the FMCG export sector to develop new business within overseas markets. The role would suit someone with a demonstrable track record of developing new business and someone who can hit the ground running. They will be rewarded with bonuses and commissions for achieving success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect & Acquire: Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities within the FMCG sectors across a range of global markets.
  • Client Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competition.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets and growth objectives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, the procurement and buying teams to align strategies and maximize market penetration.
  • Reporting: Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, specifically within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
