HR Shared Services Advisor

6 month contract

Up to £30 per hour (premium)

Hayes - plenty of parking 37.6 hours a week

Hybrid - Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in office

Your new companyI am working with an established and highly respected global organisation to recruit a HR Shared Service Advisor for a 6 month contract.

Your new roleYou will join a fast-paced HR Shared Services team and will be responsible for managing HR case management through self-service. You will have the opportunity to work with and supporting colleagues in other global regions. A successful team member will be extremely detail-oriented, flexible with continuous process/system changes, possess a problem-solving mindset, and enjoys creating order from ambiguity.Key responsibilities:

  • Utilise case management system tools to respond to HR questions, issues, problems, and status changes within defined SLAs and quality measures
  • Resolve case work via email, phone or video chat software
  • Resolve cases in a professional, sensitive, and customer-focused manner in accordance with policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreement
  • Escalate cases in accordance with, and as defined by HRSS policy and procedures to the appropriate team
  • Assist with special projects to support the HR shared services
  • Contribute to the on-going development of HR knowledge
  • Collaborate with other regional HRSS teams for alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Lead efforts to document, simplify and standardise HR business processes regionally and globally.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Strong customer service orientation while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially with each interaction
  • Possess the ability to navigate complex conversations, determine needs and provide solutions that satisfy customers
  • Know how to deescalate high tension situations while reassuring callers they will receive assistance with the utmost care and attention
  • Ability to listen and discern the true need of our customers to determine the appropriate resolution
  • Ability to prioritise workload to complete assigned deliverables within the allocated timeline
  • Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts and handle all issues that may be sensitive in nature
