My client is a well-established freight forwarder seeking an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team.
The role involves handling air imports from start to finish, monitoring ETAs, and booking shipments while collaborating with the customer service team.
Candidates must have previous imports experience and be capable of completing customs entries, managing key accounts, and arranging logistics.
The position offers a unique shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 days off, with working hours from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm.

My client is a well established, busy freight forwarder looking for an experienced Import Clerk to join their expanding team!

Daily duties include:

Handling air imports from start - finish
Monitoring ETA's f incoming shipments
Booking in shipments from pre-alerts working with the customer service team
Creating ETSF records and maintain the ETSF paperwork
Handling key accounts
Completing customs entries
Quotations
Arranging collections and deliveries
Liaising with airlines

Working hours:

4 on 4 OFF DAYS 7.00am-19.00pm
