Job Purpose : The Custom Operator will be responsible the proper and timely clearance of freight, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires detailed knowledge of customs processes, excellent data management skills, and effective communication with both customers and customs authorities.
Few of the Key Responsibilities ( can discuss further on this)
- Process and clear import customs entries during operations
- Handle customs queries and provide solutions independently
- Work across different teams and systems
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company procedures
- Support team members and maintain efficient workflow during night operations
- 4 on 4 off day shift
