As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

Providing in-class support to students across a range of subjects, including your own specialism and core subjects such as English, Maths, and Science.
Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis, helping students to develop their understanding and overcome challenges in their learning.
Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and offer targeted interventions where necessary.
Assisting in the preparation of learning materials and helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of students, helping them to achieve their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have:

A degree in any subject, with a passion for education and supporting young people.
