- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with internal policies and statutory obligations.
- Process employee benefits, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments with precision.
- Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Address payroll-related enquiries from clients professionally and in a timely manner.
- Generate and deliver comprehensive payroll reports to management as required.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
- Monitor salary payments and associated tax obligations to guarantee timely submission.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and data protection protocols regarding all payroll information.
- Demonstrable experience in payroll management or a comparable role.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
