  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure all salary payments are fully compliant with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records in accordance with internal policies and statutory obligations.
  • Process employee benefits, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments with precision.
  • Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Address payroll-related enquiries from clients professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Generate and deliver comprehensive payroll reports to management as required.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Monitor salary payments and associated tax obligations to guarantee timely submission.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and data protection protocols regarding all payroll information.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Demonstrable experience in payroll management or a comparable role.
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll systems, tax legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organisational skills paired with clear and effective communication abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
