NEW POSITION - We are recruiting for an exciting new role, our client based near Heathrow who service the airport are looking for an experienced and motivated logistics manager to join their team.

This is a customer focused role in which you will be supporting freight / logistics solutions to customers within the travel industry.

Your duties will include:

- Managing logistics and freight process between head office and UK / Overseas

- Supplying and arranging freight / shipping services

- Build relationships with freight forwarders and negotiate rates

- Be up to date and fully conversant with how customs procedures and shipping regulations.

- Analyse freight rates / costs

You must have strong experience within supply chain / freight or logistics, strong customer service skills and be a people person.

This is a well established growing company based near Heathrow, free parking.

Hours are Monday to Friday 40 hour week / 8-5 / 9-6
