Location: West London Office

Remuneration: £55,000 - £60,000

The role of the Technical Manager HVAC Systems will involve:

Technical Manager position dealing with a range of manufactured air conditioning systems, ASHPs and chillers
Offering technical design and application assistance to all customers and internal staff members
Providing technical advice and support with any queries as required
Assisting the sales team with detail quotations and project specific information
Keeping up to date with the technicalities of the full product range
Liaise with Regional Sales Manager and National Technical Manager on new product development, design changes and service
Manage the project database, maintaining standards and effectiveness of quotations
Responsible for conducting training presentations to AC contractors and specifying consultants
Increase the quality and effectiveness of the design team, regularly monitoring service levels
Circa 5 direct reports (3x Applications Engineers & 2x Sales Administrators)

The ideal applicant will be a Technical Manager HVAC Systems with:

Must have Design / Application experience within the HVAC market sector

Sound technical understanding of air conditioning, heat pump, ancillaries and refrigeration systems would be highly advantageous

Must have people management / team leader experience

Ideally will have Kerridge K8 ERP software experience

Ideally will have City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration

Ideally will have Mechanical Engineering qualification

Excellent communication across all levels both written and verbal

Must be a hard worker thats ready to get stuck in

High levels of organisation

Ambitious individual who wants to build a career

Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
