The Role-
Full-time KS1 Class Teacher (Year 1 or Year 2, depending on experience and preference)

Planning and delivering engaging and creative lessons aligned with the national curriculum

Creating a warm and inclusive learning environment that supports all learners, including EAL and SEND pupils

Regular assessment and feedback to monitor pupil progress

Collaborating with the other two teachers in the year group to share planning and resources

3-form entry academy with strong leadership and a clear vision

Known for its exceptional support for ECTs, including regular mentoring and CPD
