About the Year 5 Teacher Role:

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging lessons and supporting students in achieving their full potential in a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities of a Year 5 Teacher:
- Delivering engaging and challenging lessons in Year 5.
- Encouraging a love of learning and helping students build key skills.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance teaching and learning across the school.
- Supporting the development and well-being of each student.
- Continuously improving through professional development opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a PGCE or Bachelor of Education.
- Early Careers Teacher (ECT) or experienced teacher with a passion for KS2 education.
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to inspire and engage students.
- Creative, energetic, and confident in using diverse teaching strategies.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
