If you’re a highly efficient and motivated Sales Office Assistant then this is the perfect role for you! You will be joining a very respected local Company who are currently expanding.

Some of your duties will include:

- Processing customer orders received from instigation point through to successful delivery

- Inputting orders received on computer system and preparing delivery notes to accompanying orders

- Liaising with Warehouse Manager to arrange transportation delivery of orders

- Investigating and resolving any customer queries that occur on orders and invoices

- Registering new products with Wholesales and distributers ensuring information provided is correct

- Maintaining back order file and fulfilling orders once stock is available for despatch
