Key Responsibilities of the SEND Support Assistant role:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to SEND pupils, helping them achieve learning milestones
- Assist the class teacher with lesson planning and adaptations to meet SEND needs
- Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff to create an inclusive school atmosphere
- Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic growth both in the classroom and around school

- Immediate start as a SEND Support Assistant until the end of the academic year
