Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply SEN Teaching Assistants to join our team in the Ealing Borough. The ideal candidates will be available a minimum of 2 to 3 days a week and must be willing to travel up to an hour to different schools within the borough. If you are looking for flexible ad hoc work, this would be perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in various school settings.
  • Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
  • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Availability for a minimum of 2 to 3 days a week.
  • Willingness to travel up to an hour for work.
  • Experience with SEN is desirable.
  • Experience with Team Teach and Makaton is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
