ProTalent are a small boutique recruitment consultancy specialising in accountancy practice recruitment. We are a specialist team who all work exclusively within the practice arena and are enjoying a period of organic growth and ongoing success.

We are looking for a highly driven and engaging talent manager to join our team. This is an office based role and we have stunning brand new offices in Hayle - just a stones throw from 3 miles of sandy beaches and on-site parking.

The purpose:

The purpose of this role is to identify, engage and build rapport with candidates. The Talent Manager will deliver superior service every time to our candidates and ensure that they are introducing our candidates to the right consultants and opportunities.

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Manager to join our team. This role requires a proactive and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a knack for building rapport with individuals and will be able to follow a process and ensure follow up whilst building great candidate relationships.

Your primary goals are:

  • To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements
  • To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and consultants
  • To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer
  • To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads

The opportunity:

You will work with a great team andindentify, engage and build rapport with candidates - both active and passive, and introduce them to the relevant consultants so that we can further their careers and help them achieve their career goals.

Working in recruitment in a candidate focused role, you will be focused on building great relationships - high attention to detail is key as you will need to maintiain regular touch points with candidates, adding value wherever possible.

You make spend time searching through CV databases and job boards, approaching candidates on Linked in and mny more methods that are used in candidate attraction. You will need to enjoy talking to people and building relationships as a big part of this role will focus on telephone and video calls with candidates - both candidates who are actively looking, and those passive candidates who are not.

You will be based in our beautiful Hayle office which is brand new and enjoy longtime walks or the beach! You will work with great people and be able to progress your career forward in a choice of directions.

We are looking for those Talent Managers who enjoy working with candidates and perhaps want to build a long term career in talent management. We are also looking for individuals who want to develop a career in recruitment and perhaps looking to gain experience before furthering their career as a recruitmet consultant. We offer support for both career options.
