Job Title: HR & Office Administrator
Location: Outskirts of Haywards Heath, please note that due to location you need to be a driver. 4 days working from home, 1 day office based.
Salary: 23,000 - 24,800
Hours: 1-year fixed term contract with a view of being extended. Full-time 8 hours a day, to be completed between core hours of 8am-6pm.

HR & Office Administrator Responsibilities:
- Assist with DBS update checks
- Assist with any HR projects as necessary
- Ordering and posting resources (first aid kits etc.)
- Assist HR coordinator with onboarding checks
- Place stationery orders for the office and ensure all equipment in the office is maintained
- Sort all incoming and outgoing post, arrange couriers as and when required, taking post to the post office.
HR & Office Administrator will have / be:
- Proven experience in administrative role
- Great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate
- Driver with own transport
