- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and legal accounts.
- Process transactions, reconciliations, and online banking tasks.
- Manage Office and Client Cashbooks, banking activities, and cheques.
- Enter financial transactions into the LEAP system.
- Assist staff and clients with financial queries.
- Process debit/credit card payments, invoicing, and credit notes.
- Maintain VAT status, petty cash, and perform 3-way reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Anti Money Laundering regulations and Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- Liaise with accountants and provide financial reports.
- Solid bookkeeping experience (legal sector preferred but not essential).
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with legal accounts or willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of credit control processes and financial regulations.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
