The Role

We are thrilled to be working with our long-standing client in their search for several customer service advisors to join their busy customer support team. Working as part of a small team, the role of Customer Service Advisor will see you answering enquiries from customers of global media companies by phone, email and live chat.

  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions to resolve queries and complaints.
  • Processing customer orders accurately via the fulfilment system.
  • Switching seamlessly between voice calls and email-based communication.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards while working collaboratively with local and remote team members.
  • Cross-selling products and retaining customers as part of a proactive customer service approach.
  • Participating in a continuous improvement environment to enhance personal and team performance.

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Customer Service Advisor, you will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a confident telephone manner. Ideally you will have some customer service experience, either office based, or customer facing. You will have a good level of education and a willingness to learn. This role could suit someone who has worked as Customer Service Representative, Call Centre Agent or Customer Support Advisor.
