The Role

A rare opportunity to join a fantastic business, a highly successful, luxury ecommerce retailer, has arisen for an experienced Customer Experience Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience by liaising directly with customers, processing orders and managing queries.

  • Managing inbound customer calls and email enquiries
  • Providing customers with a personal post-purchase experience and managing expectations of the delivery process
  • Resolving customer complaints in an effective, timely and empathetic manner - ideally at point of delivery to keep refunds to a minimum
  • Processing orders using order management system Magento, including post purchase amendments, cancellations, replacements and refunds
  • Using your passion for the brand and product to upsell
  • Assisting with International orders
  • Assisting with customer applications for finance

Requirements

The successful Customer Experience Coordinator will have solid experience in a retail or customer service environment - experience in an ecommerce or luxury brand would be advantageous but not essential. You will be tech savvy and comfortable using excel and CRM systems. You will be passionate about providing outstanding customer service with an ability to manage difficult situations quickly, empathetically and calmly. This role would suit someone who has worked as a Customer Service Executive or Customer Service Coordinator.
