I am currently partnering with a market-leading insurer to recruit a Finance Change Analyst. Reporting into the Finance Change Lead, the successful candidate will provide detailed business analysis and techniques to inform innovative, effective business solutions that meet strategic, tactical, and operational requirements.


Key responsibilities;


Utilise analytical tools such as process mapping, re-engineering, Gap analysis, SWOT, RACI, and Stakeholder Mapping to drive effective solutions.

Manage the Finance backlog, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.

Provide the Finance Change Manager with clear requirements and aligned business solutions for successful outcomes.

Identify quick wins and benefits from new processes, supporting testing and adherence to future working processes.

Support the definition and prioritisation of benefits, ensuring effective change management.

Create clear requirements documentation and present business solutions, options, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Design, test, and implement technical system changes to drive continuous improvements in Finance.

Assist in Finance Transformation projects, build relationships, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.


The ideal candidate should have but not limited to;


Experience in an accounting/finance function within Insurance/Financial Services.

Exposure working as a finance system administrator or in a finance change role.

Strong mathematical, analytical, communication, and organisation skills.

Having experience with TM1 or Workday is an advantage.
