- Cashflow Management: Ensure healthy cash flow and liquidity for the business.
- Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments.
- Invoicing: Send out invoices promptly and chase clients for required information.
- Payroll: Run the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee payments.
- VAT Returns: Complete and file VAT returns in a timely manner.
- Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial records.
- Supplier Payments: Pay supplier invoices and manage the supplier relationship.
- Expenses Management: Oversee expenses
- Proactive & Flexible: You take initiative, solve problems, and can adapt to a fast-changing environment.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in Finance Management: Prior experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role, preferably in an SME business.
- Xero (Desirable): Experience with or willingness to learn Xero accounting software.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including suppliers and clients.
- Flexibility: This is a part-time role – around 12 hours a week over 3 days
