Would you like to work for a growing business where you can play a key role in supporting the business?My client is an innovative, high-growth technology business based near Haywards Heath, they are seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Finance Manager to join their team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Cashflow Management: Ensure healthy cash flow and liquidity for the business.
  • Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments.
  • Invoicing: Send out invoices promptly and chase clients for required information.
  • Payroll: Run the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee payments.
  • VAT Returns: Complete and file VAT returns in a timely manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial records.
  • Supplier Payments: Pay supplier invoices and manage the supplier relationship.
  • Expenses Management: Oversee expenses
About You:
  • Proactive & Flexible: You take initiative, solve problems, and can adapt to a fast-changing environment.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Experience in Finance Management: Prior experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role, preferably in an SME business.
  • Xero (Desirable): Experience with or willingness to learn Xero accounting software.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including suppliers and clients.
