Client Details
Our well respected Haywards Heath area organisation are looking to recruit a full time HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis, initially set at 12 months.
Description
As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Providing advice on HR policies, processes, and employment legislation to colleagues and managers.
- Guiding managers on handling employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Supporting workplace conflict resolution by mediating and fostering a positive work environment.
- Assisting with offboarding processes, including exit interviews and communication.
- Maintaining accurate HR records, including contracts, colleague files, and HR system updates.
- Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements in all HR processes.
- Providing guidance to administrative colleagues, ensuring competency in allocated tasks.
- Staying updated on employment legislation and support the development of HR policies and procedures.
Profile
- Previous experience working within an HR environment
- Demonstrates a clear understanding of HR Functions
- Thorough knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
- Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- CIPD Level 5 or 7 or similar
- Hybrid working of 2 days WFH
