The RoleWe are looking for an Administrator to join a growing business that specialises in providing adaptations to a wide range of vehicles. This role is a blended role providing support to a variety of business functions helping to ensure smooth customer interactions and accurate financial processing. You will work closely with dealers, suppliers, and customers, handling a mix of administration, finance, and customer service tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the inbox - responding to customer and dealer enquiries.
  • Sending quotes, following up with customers, and providing updates.
  • Answering phone calls, taking relevant details, and directing enquiries.
  • Processing new orders, checking CRM records, and updating information.
  • Chasing vehicle deliveries with suppliers and handling urgent job updates.
  • Printing, loading, and managing supplier invoices on the CRM system.
  • Processing job invoices, ensuring accuracy in billing procedures.
  • Cross-checking supplier statements and ensuring all invoices are accounted for.

RequirementsWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual with experience in administration, finance, or customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience with CRM systems or invoicing processes would be highly desirable.

This role could suit someone who has worked as an Office Administrator, Finance Administrator, or Customer Service Coordinator.
