We’re looking for a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis. If you're someone who thrives in a busy office environment, has a knack for communication, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and handling incoming telephone enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Liaising with Local Authorities, Private Customers, Contractors, and Tenants to book engineers and coordinate appointments
  • Monitoring service schedules, tracking completions, and maintaining Local Authority spreadsheets
  • Sending out service appointment notifications
  • Processing Council Passback Lists
  • Preparing and providing Legal Packs for Local Authorities

About You:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must Drive
